The Pope in the News -- (Jan, 1999)
Catholic Protestants --
Many Catholics today are "CATHOLIC PROTESANTS." To reject any Catholic
teaching is to "PROTEST." "The nature of the Catholic faith is such that
nothing can be added to it, nothing taken away. Either it is held in its entirety or it is
rejected totally. This is the Catholic Faith which, unless a man believes faithfully and
firmly, he cannot be saved" (Pope Benedict XV). It is not impious, and cannot be
diluted, for it is as pure as God is. (an excerpt from the "Fatima Crusader
Magazine". issue # 57) (Sep, 1998)

Religions...The 'seeds of truth', said John Paul II, are 'the effect of the
Spirit of truth operating outside the visible confines of the Mystical Body', Pope
Paul explained that in all authentic religious experiences, the most characteristic
manifestation is prayer. ... Every true prayer is inspired by the Holy Spirit, Who is
mysteriously present in the heart of every person." (Sep, 1998)
